Rachael Seevers, J.D. (she/her) joined Disability Rights Washington as an attorney in 2013 and has been a program attorney for DRW’s Amplifying Voices of Inmates with Disabilities (AVID) Program since 2014. Her work with AVID focuses on individual and systemic advocacy in Washington’s state prisons and the Special Commitment Center. Rachael also engages in routine and targeted monitoring in these correctional and treatment settings as well as policy advocacy at the state level to effect larger criminal legal reform in Washington.
