Jonathan R. Beard, LICSW is a Washington State Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with many years of experience as a provider, supervisor and senior executive in nonprofit and governmental mental health and other human service agencies. Mr. Beard has an extensive history in clubhouse model rehabilitation programs, having worked in, directed and/or started accredited clubhouses in New York, Texas, North Carolina and Washington. He was a principal in the founding of HERO House in Bellevue and Rose House in Tacoma. Mr. Beard currently serves as a Project Manager with the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences in the School of Medicine at the University of Washington where he consults, trains and conducts fidelity reviews on evidence-based practices in community mental health throughout Washington.
