Jim Bloss, BS, MS, is a retired Air Force, Vietnam-era veteran whose career spanned most of the time period of that war.  He is NAMI Washington's Veteran's Affairs rep. and their appointed member of NAMI National's Service Members, Veteran's and Families Council (SMVFC).  Jim has been a NAMI member for 25 years with most of that time devoted to research and study of the nexus between the behavioral health and justice systems. He is NAMI Washington's rep. to the Seattle University Criminal Justice Advisory Committee and the Immediate Past President and member of NAMI Snohomish County.
