We need strong resilience to manage stress and anxiety. Continuous pressure from many directions causes my power to be at a lower level. The mind has both a controlling power and a ruling power - consciousness change leads to behavior change. We need self mastery to understand the mind. The A.R.T of Healing assists with awareness, realization, and transformation. This means noticing there is a disease occurring within your consciousness, within you. (a mindfulness meditation session).
